Where is the pumpkin pie?? Here is a delicious substitute.

Pumpkin Fluff


Serves - 6



Ingredients:

15oz can pumpkin

1 pkg. fat-free sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

1 c. skim milk

8 oz. container Cool Whip Free, thawed

2 tsp. pumpkin spice



Directions:

Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
