8.5 pounds lost in 16 days

Yup I did. I weighed myself wrong yesterday. It was 8 pounds, not 7. Unbelievable.
Yesterday was a hard day. I had plenty to eat, but my "head was hungry" I ordered a soup mix from Rada cutlery. It was Minestrone. 1/4 of the recipe had 110 calories. It didn't make much. I added half a can of diced tomatoes and a can of green beans, 4 ounces of turkey sausage - sliced thin and a can of beef broth when it tasted like too much tomato. It passed the hubby test. I had a dish for lunch and supper. 
I stayed up and watched Biggest Loser and missed my tv snack - crackers and sliced cheese. Now wouldn't that have been a good idea? Me seeing those people getting skinny and eating crackers. I have done it before!
Last night, my dreams were filled with me trying to break off chocolate and then saying - you can't have that! I even had a fudgesickle as a snack.
I guess this weight loss has shown that I was way off course in my eating before.
Cleaned a neighbor's houose yesterday so no extra exercise needed.
